Wonderful World of Bees at King Henry's Walk Garden, Islington
William Kendall's Charity and The Wax Chandlers Company are providing support funding towards a series of workshops looking closely at the Wonderful World of Bees. New Bee Workshops
The Garden Classroom is delighted to be able to offer half day bee education workshops conducted by a local bee keeper at any TGC venue to local primary school pupils. Sessions will be delivered referring to the British Beekeepers Association 'Bees in the curriculum'.

Each 2 hour workshop includes looking closely at a bee display and learning about bees linked to the curriculum.

Global Growers at King Henry's Walk Garden funded by Local Food Lottery
Project Manager Rohan Knox is working with eight Islington primary schools managing and delivering a programme of comprehensive learning resources and skills showing teachers, school staff and volunteers how to use their onsite school growing spaces within the framework of the National Curriculum.
