Rosey was a freelance PR and marketing consultant before setting up a small agency specialising in construction industry PR.
Mid-career she trained as a primary school teacher and worked in Camden schools, spending five years as a Headteacher before retiring.
TGC filled the post-headteacher vacuum perfectly. She was a founder trustee bringing educational expertise and advising the board on what schools and teachers need.
After ten years she retired as a trustee but continues to have a hands-on role in planning new projects and ensuring the content of sessions is relevant and the quality of delivery is high.
She enjoys writing reports and funding proposals, particularly when they are successful.
