Meet the TGC team at a starting point and head off to explore the green spaces of Islington and beyond; discovering fascinating stories along the way and enjoying the health and wellbeing benefits that walking can bring.

Ends: King Henry’s Walk Garden
Duration: around 2 hours
This gentle walk connects the Mildmay Festival of Nature green spaces ending at King Henry’s Walk Garden where you can enjoy refreshments and this award-winning garden. Discover stories and uses of plants we find along the way.
No need to book, just meet at the start time outside The Garden Classroom’s Hut on Newington Green, N1 4RF. Call or text ahead to 07436 580438 with your name and the number of walkers in your party and let us know if you have any special requirements. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Bring water to drink. Wear sturdy shoes and suitable clothing.
