Great hidden spot in Peckham where you can find wildlife habitats, like ponds, chalk band, wildflower meadow, woodland copse, herb garden, stag beetle sanctuaries, insect hotels and raised permaculture beds.
The site has been a Green Flag Community Award winner for several years. Incredibly enough this used to be a depot for Southwark Council’s road vehicles until the 1980s, when the LWT convinced the Council to create a green space there.
Sessions led by the London Wildlife Trust. These are very hands-on nature sessions and are all linked to the national curriculum:

Opening times and fees
Each session lasts 1.5hrs (10:30am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-2:30pm)
Cost per session: £120 + VAT
2 sessions (2 different groups): £216 + VAT
Nov. to Feb.: 30% off
All sessions are for a maximum of 30 children per group.
They can only accommodate 1 group at a time on each reserve.
