Freelance Facilitators

TGC’s programmes are supported by a committed group of experienced freelancers who bring outdoor learning to life with flare, energy, knowledge and a passion for nature.

Our facilitators are from a wide range of backgrounds including environmental educators, Forest School practitioners and actors with an ability to engage 30 children at a time to create memorable and inspiring learning experiences.

Freelance facilitators for Countryside Programmes

TGC Countryside Department is looking for freelance facilitators to work on our programme of residential camps and day visits this summer! Countryside facilitators work with children to provide transformational immersive nature connection experiences and need to be prepared to camp at our beautiful site in Kent for a week at a time. Full training is provided including Camp Induction, Outdoor First Aid training and Trauma-informed Practice training.
